Sales Territory Manager

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.


The Aruba MCA Field & Channel Marketing Manager position is a critical role to support our aggressive growth objective for the Aruba networking business.

The Field & Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs that generate pipeline growth for the MCA sales organization and the Aruba channel partners.

This role reports into the Latin America Marketing Director for Aruba and will work closely with other marketing groups within HPE.

Who We're Looking For:
A driven, problem-solving Sales Territory Manager passionate about winning new logos in the banking and financial services market. Strong network and experience in the Colombian market, and familiarity with Cybersecurity and Networking Solutions are a plus.


Key Qualifications:


  • Passion for winning new logos.
  • Direct and indirect sales experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in securing new clients.
  • 5+ years of highvelocity sales experience, primarily in banking and financial services market accounts.
  • Consistently exceeds quotas
  • Excellent presence and ability to influence at all levels
  • Passionate about customer experience and networking technology
  • Proficient in modern, agile sales processes (e.g. MEDDIC, AGILE SALES)
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven forecasting ability
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:


  • Execute a highperformance sales culture.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and accurately forecast business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy for winning NEW LOGOS in the Banking and financial services market.
  • Oversee and ensure successful execution of highvelocity AGILE sales cycles.
