Role Context:

As a Product Lead for the Support Fulfillment squad, you will have oversight and accountability for the technical product that allows the courier to receive support, creating a seamless operating system for the largest in Latin America.

With your engineering leader and design team, you will be responsible for defining the quarterly strategy for your area and translating it into a clearly defined and executable product roadmap.

This role is a deeply strategic and technical role that works to ensure the world class support experience.

Tasks will include working with the BPO agents teams to map the automatized solutions to be implemented, joining sesion to deeply understand our courier needs, deeply understanding the operational requirements of our final customer and continuously upgrading and supporting the product in its end-to-end lifecycle.

From the product organization perspective, you will report to the Director of Product for Support and in addition to your squad's specific accountabilities, you will play an important role in building the Support product organization as a whole, including driving cross-cutting strategies to continue evolving the team where it is needed.

Responsibilities:

Clearly understand the strategic and competitive landscape to ensure we have the best Support for our couriers.
Ensure proper product discovery and execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates.
Lead gotomarket strategy with BPO agents, final users, and operational counterparts, including product marketing, API / technical documentation and working.
Work with engineering to ensure we have a technically reliable, scalable and wellsupported product offering.
Uphold best product practices and excellence in all your teams.
Contribute to teamwide strategic goalsetting and execution.

Bien y ahora,

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
.- Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required) and Portuguese (advantage) 3-5+ years in Product Management (knowledge of roadmapping, scrum/agile, and technical and design team leadership)- Experience with Support is preferred.- Knowledge of the delivery and fulfillment industry is an advantage, but not required.- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other related field.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Director-level interactions)- Data driven and able to gather the data required and use that data to create an insightful story and make decisions.
