The best Ruby on Rails Developer

Do you want to promote a business internationalization project through intelligent automation with your work?

We have a great challenge to expand with international clients and we want you to be part of it and promote one of the projects with our client.

If communication, organization and planning are strong skills in you.
If you have leadership skills and experience developed at least
FIVE (5) YEARS developing in Ruby On Rails and you have experience in:

Software development in a modern stack
SaaS and Scrum environment.
Test Driven Development (TDD) and/or writing and maintaining highlevel test coverage, including unit and integration tests
Design of complex systems and the creation of products using microservices architecture.
Containers and container management (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure/cloud automation tools (eg, Terraform)
Modern web development, including development, testing, staging, deployment, and monitoring

We are looking for you

Some of your challenges will be:

Evaluate long-term direction and recommend solutions to scale with our rapid growth.
Collaborate with team members on key architecture decisions
Develop highquality working code features and bug fixes
Regularly collaborate with other developers, project managers, and clients to complete projects.
Participate in regular code reviews, often in a mentoring role with other engineers.
Create and refine best practices, coding standards, and documentation, and take the opportunity to share knowledge with the entire team.
Make recommendations to refine and improve our engineering practices.
Help us grow the team by being a central part of the hiring process.
