A Preview of Your Role

Be part of our client's team as a Marketing Designer. Youll support the Design and Marketing directors in crafting engaging marketing and sales materials. Collaborate with fellow designers and various departments to create digital collateral, presentation templates, and client-facing design work, driving BMG360's brand awareness and business.

Your Career Expedition

Unleash Your Potential with These Qualifications

Requirements:

• English Level: C1 - C2.
  
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals – color, typography, and composition.
  
• 0–2 years of experience in digital design, with strong examples of presentation design in your portfolio.
  
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands among projects.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to interpret and synthesize performance data to improve and iterate on future design work.
  
• Familiarity with Figma (if you're not an expert yet, that's okay – we'll train you)
  
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  

Education:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  

Tech Stack:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  

Plus:

• Familiarity with Pitch is a plus.
  

Fuel Your Passion with These Responsibilities

Marketing Design (85%)

• Craft presentation templates for sales pitches, client reporting, and additional use cases across Pitch, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
  
• Provide real-time support in creating decks for new business pitches.
  
• Design digital collateral for use on BMG360's social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as graphics for the BMG360 blog.
  
• Infrequently, design physical collateral for use at internal or business development events.
  
• Provide design support for BMG360's website: create graphics, design or revise web pages, maintain and update component library.
  

Client-Facing Design (15%)

• Interpret client brand guidelines to use and maintain small design systems of brand styles and UI components.
  
• Execute iterative, high-fidelity landing page mockups for various clients.
  
• Prepare files for proper handoff to Engineering team according to internal workflow and best practices.
  
• Design iterative static ad creative for use across various digital platforms.
