Your Role:

To steer, monitor, implement & roll out those highimpact projects across the Andean Cluster.

These projects are related but not limited to:
processes optimization, strategies implementation, digital communications, customer excellence and others.

This role supports our desire to improve our Corporate, Regional & Cluster processes by continuously make those high-impact projects more sustainable, more involving and engaged across the whole Cluster and more client-oriented.

- Responsible for complying with all the guidelines of the QSHE Management Systems - Understand and strictly comply with the KN Code of Conduct and all the Compliance standards, policies and guidelines of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

To be the first point of contact when it comes to the analysis of coordination and development of highimpact projects, providing guidance, follow up and support to the countries.
To organize, plan and design the rollout, implementation and corresponding follow up in collaboration with the related partner.
To coach & consult senior stakeholders and final users within the entire process
To ensure alignment and engagement between the countries in the Cluster.
To take the Cluster lead when it comes to highimpact projects implementations and new releases.
Management / update/ follow up of the KN strategic business plan.
Support and cooperate special events, as well as collaboration with marketing department in special activities.

Your Skills and Experiences:

University degree in ADM, COMEX, IR or alike.
Project Management Experience.
Advanced English skills.
