Requirements:


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the policies and delivery of work are accurately implemented and followed to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely (showing flexibility, strong communication skills and being a teammate) with the business verticals to ensure full support in launching new products/features/promotions in a compliant manner.
  • Coordinate compliance in relation to products, strategies and operational processes and procedures, working with partners and management.
  • Create and ensure the achievement of the AML manual and submit it to COLJUEGOS for approval.
  • Develop and implement processes to embed and activate SIPLAFT policy throughout the Company
  • Submit the reports established in this manual to UIAF and COLJUEGOS using the information collected by the employees responsible.
  • Receive and analyze unusual activity reports and those showing warning signs and report them to UIAF.
  • Ensure that SIPLAFT supporting documents and other information are properly archived.
  • Ensure UIAF has uptodate Company information.
  • Control and verify fortnightly the implementation of this manual by Company employees, directors, partners and clients, and the information that they provide, and report to a hierarchical superior any SIPLAFT breaches, to enable the adoption of the measures and sanctions established in this manual.
  • Inform the Company's legal representative of any possible failures or omissions in AML/CFT/P controls involving Company employees.
  • Design, schedule, and coordinate AML/CFT/P control and SIPLAFT manual training in accordance with that mentioned previously in this document.

Requirements:

It would be a bonus if you also had any of these desirable skills:

  • Sports and gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Must be proficient in English and have excellent comms skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a compliance/regulatory/auditing/accounting function.
  • Experience conducting investigations and/or auditing using computer systems.
  • Experience of working with regulators, external auditors, and inspectors.
  • Experience in compiling information for regulatory returns.
  • Motivated, hardworking, able to manage self and other tasks to meet required deadlines.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Air table & Intercom
