Your RoleAs a Gensler Architect with our Healthcare team in Bogota, your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients.

It's your job to collaborate with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects. With you as part of the design team, architecture has never been so engaging.

You will leverage your technical acumen and Revit skills to drive client projects from concept through build in a collaborative team.

What You Will DoDocumentation coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, life safety, etc.)Coordinate with the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants for a variety of healthcare projects (medical office buildings, hospitals, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, community health centers, etc.)

requests during construction and address RFIsInterface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the projectActively participate and contribute to the financial performance of projectReview and contribute to proposals and contracts with the Design ManagerContribute to office activities, initiatives and learning programsEstablish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationshipsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture10+ years of experience in a commercial design firm; interior architecture experience preferredExperience in projects in the healthcare field practice area, including but not limited to health centers, hospitals, teaching hospitals, health clinics, among others is requiredExperience in modelling (rendering) architecture and interiors with high level of proficiency in Rhino and SketchUp required.

Highly proficient with RevitAdvanced computer skills must include Illustrator and Photoshop.
