Responsible for:
Following up on activities such as: attention time, repair quality, Service Centers facilities, required tools for products repairs, and user expectations of Epson ́s products.
May be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of Authorized Service Centers through evaluation and analysis of statistical data. May also manage service intelligence tools including the design of databases.- Collaborates with/Key Customers include: Tech Support Area, Systems Management, Warehouses, Marketing department, Sales Management, Accounting and credit/ collections, Service Centers Coordination, Authorized Service Centers, Wholesalers, Distributors, Final Users- Reports to: Service & Tech Support Manager, Operations Manager, Operations DirectorMinimum Experience Requirements:

- Requires some specialist or admin experience (2-5 years)

- Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
