  • Orion, a leading digital transformation and product development services firm is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to work with our client, a leading globalprofessional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions with 50,000 colleagues in 120 countries, our client has the mindset and culture of a highgrowth startup with the backing and support of a global multinational company.

What you will do:


As a Customer Product Manager for LATAM you will be leading the expansion of our digital insurtech platform applied to the Bancassurance vertical and specifically its evolution to meet the needs of our large customers in the region, starting with our first customer in Argentina.

As part of the Product team, you will be owning and designing the customer experience, roadmap and prioritization, in close cooperation with clients and local colleagues and stakeholders.

Your main goal will be to maximise the product impact by achieving customer engagement and client success.

  • You will work as part of a rapidly growing team in a fastpaced environment, improve our customers' experience, and impact operational teams across the organization. You will collaborate with software engineers and other product managers as well a large crossfunctional team of Operations, Sales and Business teams. This is a very unique opportunity to lead an innovative solution, the first one in the region for the platform, in order to change the way insurance is offered by banks.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively to:

  • Own the product roadmap for the customizations and improvements needed for the LATAM bancassurance scenario in our digital insurance platform.
  • Work closely with the local team as well as the customer's team to jointly define the best solutions to be successful in the bancasurance space.
  • Be the key product representative for the customers you are working with, making sure they are timely updated about product initiatives and get the most out of the product.
  • Work closely with the dedicated tech team as well as other product & tech teams to develop, test and launch new features as needed for the bancassurance use case.
  • Work closely with the product ops and support teams to make sure incidents are solved in a timely manner and the incident status is properly communicated to clients.
  • Analyze and manage business and product performance to meet and exceed our goals.
  • Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and set appropriate expectations.
  • Work with designers, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, productOps and business teams to ship high quality, usercentric features as needed for the product and customers to be successful.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management or Product Owner role
  • Experience leading B2B digital products and managing large and complex clients
  • Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with tech teams
  • Strong analytical skills and deep experience with tools such as Looker and Mixpanel to measure business performance and product adoption.
