The team you will be a part of


Within Nokia, you will be part of Customer Services team, covering customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design/deployment/integration/transformation, and education.

Generating revenue and increasing customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimizing, operating, and maintaining phases.


Architecture (ART) covers the development of end-to-end solution architecture designed to meet specific needs and works as a part of a customer team.

Contains the definition of an architecture that comprises an integration design and specification of products and / or services which makeup the solution.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Develop customer specific architecture in dedicated area of competence.
  • Understand and capture the critical inputs of stakeholders, and translate them into effective requirements and solutions.
  • Specify and design effective endtoend solutions, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer needs from a market positioning perspective.
  • Develop the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Research, design, plan, develop and evaluate an effective solution in specialized domains to meet customers' requirements and outcomes, thanks to high as well as low level design of architecture.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions within professional area.
  • Solve complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
Your skills and experience


You have:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Mandatory requirement)
  • The position is open mainly in Colombia, relocation is not provided by Nokia.
  • At least 8 years experience on mobile networks and functionality of EPC Core Network and

Policy Technologies:
GGSN, SGSN, S-GW, P-GW, MME, AMF, UPF, NRD, NPC/PCRF (from Nokia and/or other vendors) - Expert level knowledge.

  • Experience on develop HLD, LLD, IP Planning and related documentation to deliver an 3G, 4G and 5G EPC Networks and Policy design.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experienced with VNF and CNF onboarding and orchestrations
  • Knowledge on RSV and/or Mapping tables and Application Assurance (DPI).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Technical Support Services and customer interface.
  • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills, both internally and oriented to customers at high level management.
  • Ability to interact with various people and several interfaces within a fastpaced environment.
  • Self motivated wellorganized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks, and who can define technical processes and instructions.
  • Ability to work and learn independently, proactively and to work and make decisions under pressure
