Senior Sales Engineer for our
Hydronics segment.

This position is responsible for acting on segments such as:
Buildings (Hot water & AC Cooling water), District Energy (Heating & Cooling district).

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Secure business alignment with the LAM regional Sales Driver at Hydronics LoB (line of business).
• Manage portfolio of existing and new customers.
• Develop and support products in the market.
• Develop and support business consultants around Hydronics segment:
• Hot Water
• Hospitals Applications
• Hotels Applications
• Residential Applications (will be a differential)
• Watercooled
• Air-Conditioning
• Process Plants (Food & Beverage)
• Responsible for Hydronics sales business at Andean and Conor Sur region.
• Feeding and updating CRM/ Pipeline concept (at Sales Force).

Background & Skills:

• Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering.
• At least 35 years' experience in sales.
• Negotiation and opportunity management skills.
• Good English communication skills (Advanced).
• Knowledge of SAP & CRM (Sales Force) system is desired.
• Availability to travels around 50% of the time.
