    Job Title: RPA Implementation Specialist/Engineer

    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Reports To: Operations Efficiency Leader

    Location: Bogota, Colombia / Hybrid

    Your Mission

    We are seeking a talented and experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to automate business processes across various global departments. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of RPA technologies.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project objectives.
    • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for automation.
    • Design RPA solutions using various RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
    • Develop automation workflows, scripts, and bots to execute tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
    • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
    • Perform technical and functional documentation on the implementation of each RPA.
    • Deploy RPA solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
    • Work closely with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize automation processes.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize RPA solutions effectively.
    • Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in RPA implementations.

    Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or last semester student in a related field.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA implementation, including process analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Strong proficiency in one or more RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
    • Solid understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
    • Prior experience in a global organization with exposure to multicultural environments.
    • Experience with process analysis, solution design, and workflow automation.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Relevant certifications in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer) are a plus.

    Working Language
    Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a plus).
