Introduction
IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change.

We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Should be able to understand implementation done in the system
Should be able to understand the issues raised by users and replicate it in non PRD system.
Convert and explain key business requirement to technical specification document for development for any changes.
Configure SAP System with Solman module as per the requirements specified.
Convert and create impact analysis document.
Understand integration requirement with other SAP modules and Non SAP systems.
Analyze, Research, Troubleshoot and help resolve defects arising out of process.
Able to do regression testing and System integration testing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
SAP SOLMAN consultant with 3 years of experience with knowledge in functionalities:

SOLMAN
Documentation
Charm
THEY ARE

Knowledge and experience in at least 2 implementation projects.

Experience in implementation methodologies, such as Agile, Activate

Experience in SAP support and maintenance

Experience working with ANSs

Analysis capacity.

Ability to manage time

Ability to manage Users - task assignment

Knowledge transfer capacity

Self-training and collaboration skills

Search for standard system solutions that allow reducing developments and offering added value to the client.
