Job Title: Flexcube Originations Process Leader

GFT is seeking a Flexcube Originations Process Leader for an international project based in Mexico. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to ensure efficient operation and optimization of the originations process for financial products in Oracle Flexcube.

Main Responsibilities:

Functional Knowledge:

• Banking Products: Knowledge of accounts, loans, deposits, foreign trade, and other products managed in Flexcube.
• Originations Processes: Understanding the handling of financial product requests from creation to approval.
• Credit Lifecycle: From application through disbursement to payment management.
• Compliance and Regulations: Knowledge of banking regulations, KYC, AML, and regulatory reporting.
• Banking Operations Experience: Understanding interactions between banking departments and the Flexcube system.

Technical Knowledge:

• Oracle Flexcube Architecture: Familiarity with system modules and integration.
• Oracle Databases: Experience with PL/SQL, advanced queries, and process optimization.
• Configuration and Parameterization: Adjusting products, business rules, and processes within Flexcube.
• Interface and Integration: APIs, Web Services, middleware, and connectivity with other banking systems.
• Java/J2EE Development: For component customization or specific integrations.
• Error and Log Management: Diagnosing failures in originations processes.
• Workflows: Configuring and automating approval and review processes.

Additional Skills:

• Project Management: Knowledge of agile or traditional methodologies for Flexcube improvements.
• Support and Training: Ability to train users and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Originations Process Management:

• Manage and optimize workflows for financial product originations.
• Configure business rules and parameters in Flexcube to automate processes.
• Ensure proper integration of originations modules with other banking systems.
• Monitor request lifecycles from creation to approval.

2. System Configuration and Customization:

• Parameterize banking products based on business needs.
• Implement and adjust approval flows and validations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

3. Problem Analysis and Resolution:

• Identify and resolve errors in originations processes.
• Analyze logs, reports, and transaction traces to identify system failures.
• Collaborate with support and development teams to resolve incidents.
