We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth within the translation and localization industry.

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our comprehensive suite of language services.


Missions:

  • Identify and target potential clients operating in the translation and localization sector.
  • Foster and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through adept market research, strategic networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Initiate conversations with key decisionmakers to gain insights into their language service requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and impeccable project execution.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Requirements:


  • English (C
  • C2)
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the translation and localization industry.
  • Strong understanding of language services, translation processes, and localization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
