    The Opportunity

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week), six month internship (practíca) running from July to January.

    Required:


    •Working towards a Bachelor's Degree (Pregrado) in Civil Engineering with an emphasis and interest in infrastructure.


    •Sound knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals


    •Knowledge in Architecture andDesign


    •Familiarity with civil draftingsoftware


    •Strong technicalwriting


    •Professionaldemeanor


    •Good communication skills essential for team-basedworking


    •Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-pacedenvironment


    •Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on newchallenges


    •Advanced English Skills (verbal and written, B2 or above)


    •Must be enrolled at the following universities: Universidad de los Andes, Universidad Nacional de Colombia - Sede Bogota, Universidad del Rosario, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad Central, Universidad Externado de Colombia and will need to apply through respective university portal in addition to completing an application here.

    •Eligible to work in Colombia.

    Preferred:

    ·Proficient with civil engineering design and analysis tools for roads, rail, structural systems and/or geotechnics.

    ·Fluency in 3D CAD software

    ·Technical editing

    ·Evidence of past internship or extracurricular activity in the field

    ·Proven ability to perform in a deadline driven environment

    Our team's notable projects

    ·Independent Engineer for over 16 Toll Road projects in Colombia, including Ibagué - Honda - Cambao – Manizales, Conexión Norte, Pacífico 1, 2 & 3, Antioquia - Bolívar. Among other projects.
