Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting client marketing programs to support Anthology's strategic retention and growth opportunities
  • Managing the production of client webinars including serving as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of webinar execution
  • Assisting with the creation of engaging content, including case studies and client success stories, that can be leveraged in ongoing campaigns
  • Working within Anthology's CRM of record to assist with lead management and database list creation
  • Working with colleagues on client recognition programs, user groups, adoption programs, migration programs and a reference program, among others
  • Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for future programs
  • Organizing and maintaining archive of program assets and reports
  • Assisting with other marketing services as required
  • Assisting with Anthology events (such as Anthology Together) including planning, resource creation, booth support, and other logistics

Required skills/qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of applicable B2B product, customer, or marketing experience preferably in the IT or Education industry
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business
  • Experience planning, executing, and delivering Marketing Campaigns
  • Understanding of or desire to learn datadriven marketing practices
  • Outstanding organizational skills, detailoriented, and ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines across multiple teams
  • Ability to excel and drive results in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment
  • Selfmotivated, innovative, collaborative, ability to multitask, and creative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to work with data and spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
  • Ability to travel as needed (5% anticipated)
  • Valid US Visa

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Previous event experience
  • 24 years of applicable B2B product, customer, or marketing experience preferably in the IT or Education industry
  • Background or interest in higher education or education technology
  • Experience using project management software, preferably Asana
  • Experience in hightech, software, and/or education solutions businesses
