    What will you be doing at Infobip?

    As a Mid Market Customer Growth Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our customer-centric strategy. This role will provide valuable experience in working directly with customers, allowing you to enhance your skills in communication, negotiation, and business acumen.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Learn how to build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers to enhance overall customer growth.
  • Together with senior colleagues, serve as a focal point for client when it comes to meeting client's business and technical expectations (technical escalations, communicate customer feedback and ideas to internal teams).
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional resources to meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business.
  • Learn how to ensure that client's account is properly set-up (account creation and set-up, route management, sender registration).
  • Analyze and forecast client's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP.
  • Learn about Infobip products, the platform, and the market.
  • Acquire knowledge of client`s use cases.
  • Gain an understanding of the business landscape, competition, and the latest industry trends.
  • Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and available to work full time
  • Alternatively, you have recently completed college and are seeking your first job in your chosen field of study.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers. with a diverse range of customers across different divisions and geographic regions.
  • Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach to identify new opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
