Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • English (B2)
  • Basic understanding of call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Detailoriented

  • Global mindset and ability to work across multiple cultures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Salary:
From $614,779 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
