Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms

- Excellent phone etiquette
- English (B2)
- Basic understanding of call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level
- Problemsolving skills

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

From $614,779 per month
