We are looking for a Director, Media Delivery - Latin America located in Colombia with a direct report to the VP of Media of Latin America.

As Director, Media Operations at Epsilon, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, performance and reporting of our clients' campaigns in 4 regions of Latam, including Brazil and interface with various teams including Sales, Publishers, Pre-Sales in Latam and US.

You will have the opportunity to be part of an ever-growing offering of diverse technologies focused on Data, Retail Media, Loyalty & Messaging.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise the campaigns implemented to obtain the best performance for clients and returns for the company.
  • Design, optimize, propose operational flows
  • Constant search to reduce SLA's
  • Guarantee customer service and delivery of results.
  • Be an interlocutor with the US teams to guarantee the above points.
  • Take care of the internal processes and necessary updates for the sales team.
  • Assertively escalate detected problems.
  • Be an interlocutor with the activation platforms.
  • Monitoring internal reconciliations, download and financial reports.
  • Keep your team updated with best practices and seek their professional and human growth.

Qualifications

  • Extensive management experience with a team of at least 5 team members.
  • Experience and ability to interact with C level inside and outside the company.
  • Experience with DSPs, SSPs and understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Experience in implementation, optimization and reporting of campaigns developed in digital advertising Paid Media platforms (preferably programmatic purchase).
  • Knowledge about the AdTech ecosystem of digital advertising.
  • Ability to manage diversity of projects, clients and campaigns of various objectives simultaneously.
  • Experience with Facebook and other social media campaigns.
  • Experienced leading crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with a strong ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans.
  • Demonstrated success with crossfunctional coordination, including planning, execution tracking, decision making, and KPI management.

  • Preferably with experience in managing DMPs and/or Ad servers' platforms.
  • Preferably with experience with operations or related experience with a technical SaaS.
  • Attention to detail, ownership, resolution capacity and proactivity.
  • Proficient in English; Portuguese is a plus
