As An Onboarding Analyst:

As An Analyst For Time Tracking Tool (Replicon):

Initiate DocuSign for all IT contractor onboarding requests received in the IT VMO Onboarding tool.
Ensure signature by demand manager on New employee Access Agreement, Ensure signature by supplier representative on New employee Access Agreement, Ensure signature by IT contractor on New employee Access Agreement, Basic Information form.
Collect defined Identification proof documents by the IT Contractor and compare the details with data entered

- on the Onboarding tool.

Initiate DPS ticket (Denied Party Screening); liaise with Demand fulfiller in case of background hits.
Initiate People Connect Ticket for Position creation by HR rep.
Update People Connect with Resource information and Position.
Raise Ticket for LDAP creation. Send notice to IT Engineer for LDAP Untainting process.
Map Resource in QUEST, assign generic Xcap.
Create Account for IT contractor resource in Replicon.
Allocate Replicon license for time entry by IT contractor resource.
Creates WO/SoW entry in Replicon.
Maps resource profile against the WO/SoW for time entry.
Raise 1clicks on behalf of IT Pillars for timely Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
Raise 1click with correct details (BORG info, currencies, quantity, etc.), and follow up on any issues related to PO creation.
Perform "Goods Reception" on POs once service delivery is completed.
Involve the Demand Lead or Supplier Manager in spot buys when no catalogues are available, in case of spot buys when category knowledge is required, or if the purchase threshold is exceeded.
Manage daytoday interactions with suppliers and escalate complex issues to the Demand Lead or Supplier Manager as needed.
Perform knowledge management.
Perform problemsolving for noncomplex issues with IT Pillar users.
Trigger catalogue and buying guide updates when required.
Track deviations and raise nonconformances in QUEST.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Use all required procurement tools when needed or mandated by process (ASL, QUEST).
Prepare and share Accrual details with the Finance Controller on a monthly basis.
Monitor Invoices received and their payments.
Maintain contractor spend dashboard.
