Advise on all aspects related to customer request for domestic and international trips: quotations, reservations, post-trip service, and seeking their loyalty.

He/she will use the different tools and systems used in the agency and will be able to suggest to his/her direct managers, projects and initiatives that seek to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer service.


  • Planning, and organization of all components of vacation travel, from initial request to completion for vacation clients.
  • Provide the best customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Facilitate customer support with a high level of quality, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Project a positive attitude with great energy, diplomacy, and creativity in their work strategies
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients to improve service levels.
  • Participate in projects suggested by your immediate boss that seek to optimize the operation and new business models.
  • Prepare and distribute customer travel documents.
  • Organize files relevant to their work.
  • To be update in the different destinations and tools to grow as a professional and to be able to improve customer service daily.
  • Complete the administrative processes of the operation: invoicing, delivery of support for supplier payments, etc.
