    Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting)Established in 1994, Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit organisation who provides essential, and community services to remote Aboriginal communities across the Pilbara, Gascoyne, and Mid-West regions of Western Australia.

    We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual with strong financial and administrative skills coupled with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

    The position can be worked from our Port Hedland, or Burswood Perth office.

    Main tasks of the role are:
    Process all housing maintenance team receivable invoices into the Corporation's accounting systemProcess all RAESP new jobs in the Corporation's accounting system and ESAMS to invoiceReconcile invoices received to company statementsCreate all invoices and credits into the Corporation's accounting systemReconciliation of the monthly debtorsFile all financial related documentationUpload invoices into ESAMSTo be successful in this role, you will have:Certificate IV Financial Services (Accounting) or higher (desirable)Demonstrated experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)Demonstrated analytical and time management skillsDemonstrated computer literacy in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesSAP knowledge/experience (desirable)Ability to show initiative and contribute as a member of a teamExcellent attention to detailCurrent National Police ClearanceWilling to complete a pre-employment medical with a drug and alcohol assessmentN
