In StaffingAbroad we're looking for our next
Debt Sales Consultant for one of the most important Fintech in the United States The
Debt Sales Consultant helps qualified clients to rid themselves of the burden of credit card debt.

This position will offer debt solutions with a human approach to the customers and will be reviewing the credit analysis, helping the customers understand how goes the credit to achieve the financial goals of the Company.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide information to the potential clients about the program and assist them in their enrollment process in order to be able to pay and be current on their debt.
  • Conduct a study with clients to obtain a better understanding of their financial situation and provide an offer according to the client's needs.
  • Followup with crosscutting areas to secure approvals from enrolled customers.

Requirements:


  • Advanced English Level (C1)
  • BPO experience is a must.
  • 1+ years of experience in bank accounts (Capital One, Scotiabank, BBVA, etc)
  • Experience using CRM systems is a must.
  • Fintech experience is a must.
  • Professional or technitian related to finances (Accountancy, Economy, Finances, etc) is a plus
