Job Title:
Especialista Manut Sistemas Médicos I

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Carry out the installation of the mechanical part of the medical equipment, making the necessary adjustments and adjustments, as well as safety and image quality tests, calibration of the specific resonance tools, following the norms and installation procedures in our clients.

You will be responsible for:

-
Receive the material to be installed at the customer, checking the items, their conditions and arranging them in the indicated places, in order to allow their installation;:

Start installing the mechanical part, leveling the magnet, starting cabling, aviation, compressors, signals and communication, safety piping and other installations within the equipment configuration, to ensure that the mechanical structure is within the standards defined regarding its configuration;:

Carry out checks on electronic items, tool safety, checking the entire system, making sure they comply with the manual, in order to guarantee the full operation of the equipment;:

Calibrate the equipment, using the necessary tools, for the equipment to recognize the installation environment;:

Develop suggestions for continuous improvement in production operations, work processes, routines and others, registering proposals according to criteria achieved in the program, aiming to contribute to improving productivity, profitability and cost reduction;:

Perform the calibration of specific resonance tools, such as teslameter (field meter), shimpobler, and magnetic camera, performing the work according to the procedures, to ensure that the equipment meets the planned standards;:

Finalize the installation of the second stage, filling out the form with the measurements according to the specifications and validating it, sending the documents to Holland for the release of the license, in order to comply with the norm regarding the release for use;:

To succeed in this position, you must have:

Minimum training required in Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics Technician or Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering
Field experience with equipment installation and maintenance, desirable experience with medical equipment
Availability of trips to serve customers that can last from 15 to 60 days
Fluence in English
Must reside in the metropolitan area of Colombia
