Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the compliance efforts for Rappi's entities in Colombia, Peru & Ecuador.
Provide weekly and monthly reports for the different business verticals regarding compliance with internal processes.
Ensure full local compliance with global and local policies regarding environmental, antibribery, anticorruption, antimoney laundering, and other related matters.
Create with all business vertical managers automatic and manual processes to identify and monitor possible risks and contingencies that may arise with existing products and future ones.
Identify and implement, with the corresponding business verticals, all regulatory updates and modifications that impact the business.
Assist and develop highstandard mitigation actions to develop fraud prevention.
Support due diligence processes and financing rounds.
Participate in regulatory Affairs matters.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

Minimum requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in Compliance roles and/or regulatory analysis.
Experience developing and implementing compliance plans & policies.
Law degree.
Absolute fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
Reporting to Regional Compliance Officer and local Legal Managers (Colombia & Peru/Ecuador).
Proactive, analytic, persistent, and detailoriented professional.
Passionate about the world of entrepreneurship and technology business.

Preferred requirements:

International Certification in compliance is a plus.
Experience in tech and/or fintech companies.
