Job Summary

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and performing administrative tasks. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for managing cash registers, receiving merchandise, and maintaining inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities

• Sales: Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Cash Register Operation: Accurately process transactions and handle customer payments.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Receiving and Organizing Merchandise: Ensure timely receipt and organization of merchandise.
• Inventory and Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
• Product Rotation: Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize expiration dates.
• Expiration Date Checks: Regularly check expiration dates and remove expired products.
• Other Related Duties: Perform other duties as required in the food retail sector.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or technical training in administrative or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 12 recent months of experience in sales, cash register operation, customer service, receiving and organizing merchandise, inventory and stock control, product rotation, expiration date checks, and other related duties in the food retail sector.
• Languages: Conversational English is required.

Work Schedule

Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, and nights (Weekly compensatory day off; availability from Monday to Sunday)

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $1,715,000 COP
• Commission-Based Incentives: Approx. $450,000 – $550,000 COP
• Full Legal Benefits: Health, pension, etc.
• Biweekly Payments
