Position:
Bookkeeper (100% Remote)
We are looking to hire a highly motivated remote bookkeeping professional to help manage our financial books and join our growing team at our transportation company
Responsibilities:
- Categorizing and analyzing transactions on our accounting software (Quickbooks Online & Ramp)
- Invoice management (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable)
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of finances every month
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Conduct essential periodic financial monitoring, reporting and forecasting
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- Vendor & client billings/payments
- Daily client billing and client deposit processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience with USbased businesses
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
- A Windows computer & 2 monitors (NO MAC)
- Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping and/or financial operations is required
- Familiar with US GAAP standards
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
- Familiarity with Accounting software such as Quickbooks, RAMP (a must) & Santa Cruz (a plus).
- Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with mínimal to zero background noise
- Proficient english is required
- Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- You must be reliable and show up on time.
Payment
- Monthly salary is expected to be $1800 USD
- Payments are processed and sent via Wire Transfer at an established frequency (once a month)
Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EDT (Monday through Friday)
Pay:
$7,361,100 per month
