Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Area in different required tasks
- Support validation of payroll, including extralegal benefits.
- Support hiring and retirement process for the company
- Verifying HR Inquires for GSC.
- Collaborate on the implementation and compliance of internal policies.
Skills / Requirements:
- Graduated in Psychology, Business Administration or similar occupations.
- Proven experience of 2 year in payroll and hiring process.
- Work experience for more than 2 years.
- Excellent Numeric ability.
- Detailed oriented
- Intermediate MS Office Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
