What success looks like in this role: Supports Business Unit and acts as point of contact for all real estate and facility management activities.

Works with the management team to establish the short and long term strategy for portfolio management in a global economy under the direction of senior leadership.

Provides management and direction of 3rd party transaction management firm for lower value lease negotiations, acquisitions of real estate and divesture of surplus company properties.

Manages portfolio infrastructure operations and investments under the direction of senior leadership.
Contributes to business strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA Certified public accountantMinimum of 5 years of real estate or business experienceExperience handling multiple regions and states.

Demonstrated experience in market reviews, site acquisition, and disposition.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High detail-orientation with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
Extremely organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Availability for after hours calls Advance level in Excel
