Role Overview:

On a typical day you will:

  • Process and manage endtoend payroll for a diverse employee base using ADP EV
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data reporting and payroll transactions.
  • Proactively manage payroll calendars.
Review and verify payroll data, including timesheets, commissions, bonuses, and other compensation components. Handle payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payrollrelated matters. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and seamless payroll processing. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy within the payroll system. Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data to support financial and accounting functions. Stay updated on payroll best practices, tax laws, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. What You Will Need to be Successful:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience processing payroll for US.
1+ years of experience in administering payroll for the US. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/HR/Industrial engineering is a plus. English fluency required. Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) & Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus completion within 1 year of hire.
  • Process and manage endtoend payroll for a diverse employee base using ADP EV
Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills Familiar with SOX controls framework & auditing concepts Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, identify solutions to resolve simple to complex problem Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers within the organization #BuildWhatsNext
