Responsabilies

  • Business Acumen: Using your business acumen and key insights, you proactively explore new areas of opportunities to drive Rappi's value and growth goals forward and coordinate with the key stakeholders to prioritize and lead the changes to production. You proactively monitor existing metrics, develop, and propose new metrics, and work across the organization to make actionable intelligence available to business stakeholders.
  • Strategic Analytics and Insights: With a deep understanding of business drivers and an innate grasp of the key business metrics, you proactively interact with the stakeholders within the business teams and drive customercentric changes through datadriven deepdives, insights at scale, and analytical exercises (preliminary data analysis, deepdives using segmentations/models, financial analysis and recommendations).
  • Customer Centricity: Focusing on the incrementality and the valuecreation in everything you do, you drive strategic insights on customer behavior (customer acquisition, marketing investment analysis and optimization, engagement RFM, retention, productmix, sales, etc.), customer needs (pricing, product, convenience, experience, etc.), and existing/new propositions (loyalty programs, sales campaigns, discounted offers, etc.) across various membership types and marketing channels for Rappi customers.
  • Execution: Ability to communicate insights and identify new areas of opportunity that will drive Rappi's value and growth goals forward; coordinate with the stakeholders to prioritize and lead the changes to production. Establish strong working relationships at all organizational levels across different functional teams.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related degree with analytics and quantitative emphasis.
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience in the areas of Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Consulting.
  • Expertise in scripting languages (SQL) and the tools (such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required to perform analysis.
  • Strong theoretical and functional understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts and experience in employing these concepts to solve business problems at scale using Python, R, SAS, etc.
  • Strong experience in spearheading or supporting business initiatives through datadriven decision frameworks, in particular through the conception, execution, and measurement of experimental A/B plans.
  • Experience in working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment and managing priorities among multiple projects.
  • Experience in developing visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Shiny, etc., and analytics/presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to dig into the "why" of various results and present data driven insights and recommendations. You enjoy working in a team of highly engaged individuals, and you have a passion for data science and KPIs, but also for delivering analysis of the highest quality.
  • Proven experience in identifying opportunities for business improvement and defining and measuring the success of those initiatives.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses.
  • Can work in a fastpaced environment and be persuasive and caring with a wide range of diverse, crosscultural audiences.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken).
