As a
Documentation Specialist, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

AES filling, export documentation I.E, MBL, HBL.
Ensuring all shipment documentation is in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
Prepare export document.
Create the Booking with shipping lines, putting these booking into Magaya (System) and sending all the booking information to the customer as well.
Make sure that the loading process is being done in time before the cuts
Imputting and proofing BLs.
Documentation work.
Logistics Coordination
(Freight Forwarding).

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree or preffered bachelor ́s degree in International Business or related.

Experience: At least
8 moths to 2 years in Freight Forwarding industry and bilingual experience.

Language: Advanced English skills B2+

C1/C2.

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Places: This position is only in Medellín On-site Wework Santafe.

Salary: To be defined based on experience.
