Purpose of the role:

_**A Digital Research Solutions (DRS) consultant will provide support and guidance on research projects that utilise the latest technologies within market research.

They will ensure that the research design, analysis and interpretation of results, fulfil the clients' needs.


They will, by their understanding of all the digital tools (full training will be provided) used within the team, be able to speak confidently and clearly about them to less tech savvy clients and internal teams.

They will be able to manage large and diverse workloads and flexible project timings.


Additional duties include:

  • Providing support and advice to others in the DRS team helping them to develop themselves for career growth.
  • Take a lead role in coaching any juniors in team and monitoring their development

Requirements:


  • Be quick to pick up and confidently utilize new technology and software platforms
  • Think creatively about ways to engage and interact with consumers
  • A desire to try new ways of working and methodologies
  • A problemsolving mindset and a willingness to figure out solutions to challenges
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A helpful and friendly manner in dealing with internal research teams
  • Analytical skills in creating insight from large amounts of information
  • Storytelling and insightdriven reporting skill
  • Ideally you'll have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a research environment with at least 1 of these specialising in qualitative research
  • Experience working in regional (ideally Americas) and/or global roles an advantage
  • Even though specialises in qualitative research, has an understanding of the quantitative field.
