About Rol

You will be part of the leadership team in Chiper to allocate resources, direct and control the activities of receiving, storing, enlistment and dispatch of product, to ensure reliability and reduce inventory losses ensuring first hand the availability of the product that our customers see in the e-commerce.

As a supervisor you must ensure that the team in charge works in an agile, orderly and disciplined manner complying with the delivery of the goods to the carrier in the times defined in the loading mesh, and finally ensure compliance with the actions that allow us to control the risks of loss of product in the warehouses.

What You'll Do

Daily opening shift meeting where he/she informs the operational team, shift goal, news or notifications and presentation of the previous day's productivity results.
Daily report of the new developments of the personnel in charge about absences, work accidents and overtime.
Daily audits the closing of returns to ensure that the physical product that enters is exact to what is registered in VIVO web.
Daily approves requests to block products that do not comply with the quality conditions for dispatch.
Daily guarantees through its approval code that the products that are not confirmed in the picking is because they are not really in the warehouse.
Daily approves the differences between the products that the consolidator confirms below what was recorded by the picker.
Daily approves the movements of product position changes requested by operational personnel, ensuring that they comply with a logical location and respecting the compatibility matrix.
Daily ensures that all SKUs are assigned picking position and that their physical location matches the one reported by VIVO
Daily reports to the logistics leader on cases that may affect business continuity or the security of the company's assets.
Weekly performs and publishes the shift schedule for the following week.
Weekly reports additional or unnecessary resources to the logistics center leader to ensure the continuity of the operation in a timely and efficient manner.
Weekly performs audits in the warehouse on any process (receipt, picking, verification or dispatch) to identify risks or improvements and manages them together with the Warehouse Leader.
Weekly presents improvement initiatives that solve and impact the needs of the operation in the warehouse in terms of: Improvement in the productivity of the operational teams, or reduction in inventory loss.
Performs training or retraining to the personnel in charge.
Supports the operation leader with major opportunities for significant inventory adjustment variations.

Required Qualification

Demonstrable ability to lead teams, manage staff and work autonomously. Ability to create, foresee, analyze, manage and solve problems.
Technologist in logistics or supply, or student of professional career studying min 7 semester.
With at least 2 years of experience as a logistics operations supervisor, ideally in mass consumption, handling of TAT.
Advanced knowledge of database tools and spreadsheets.
