We are a recruitment agency based in the United States.

Must work US hours, 40 hours per week.


Responsibilities:


  • Enrich leads with contact information using Clearbit, , and ZoomInfo.
  • Conduct indepth research on target companies and decisionmakers.
  • Cold call decision makers and buyers to generate interest and move to a closing call.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads for a steady pipeline.
  • Followup with prospects and interested clients; triage prospects to recruitment team.
  • Build longterm relationships with prospects for future sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and recruitment teams, plus senior management and CEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in recruitment or headhunting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Can thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment with initiative.
  • Familiarity with US business culture is a plus.
  • Requires mínimal supervision.

Pay:
$1,706,117 - $4,989,655 per month
