We are a recruitment agency based in the United States.Must work US hours, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Enrich leads with contact information using Clearbit, , and ZoomInfo.
- Conduct indepth research on target companies and decisionmakers.
- Cold call decision makers and buyers to generate interest and move to a closing call.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads for a steady pipeline.
- Followup with prospects and interested clients; triage prospects to recruitment team.
- Build longterm relationships with prospects for future sales opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and recruitment teams, plus senior management and CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in recruitment or headhunting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Can thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment with initiative.
- Familiarity with US business culture is a plus.
- Requires mínimal supervision.

Pay:
$1,706,117 - $4,989,655 per month
