    About the role

  • As a Sales Operations Manager, you are part of the commercial team, reporting to the Head of Merchant Services. You will be responsible to drive a diversity of Continuous Improvement projects on our Sales Processes and improve Sales Efficiency. You will work intensely with the Business Process Owners, the Salesforce team, and your colleagues from other departments like Operations, Risk and Compliance, to take a true End-to-End improvement approach.
  • What you will do

  • Manage Key Commercial Excellence projects.
  • Manage, Maintain, and Train the Commercial Process Framework
  • Drive Continuous (Process) Improvement
  • Drive Process Adherence and Adoption
  • Deliver Commercial Process and System Simplification (cost reduction)
  • Deliver Reduction in Sales Cycle Times (cost reduction)
  • Deliver increase in Sales Efficiency (cost reduction, revenue increase)
  • Deliver increase in Merchant satisfaction (revenue increase/churn prevention)
  • Deliver increase in Salesforce user satisfaction (Cost reduction)
  • Enhance the Quality of sales-related SFDC Change request/requirements (cost reduction/ prevent inefficiency)
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, IT, or related field
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Project management or/ and Process improvement
  • Experience on Project Management and process mapping methodologies
  • Salesforce User Knowledge (or other Sales related CRM)
  • Experience with User Story/requirement building
  • Continuous improvement and/or Six sigma trained.
  • Business English Proficient
  • Advanced user in MS Excel, PPT
