    Purpose

    This position is responsible for providing support for card personalization solutions, including IDEMIA's CPS personalization systems and applications installed in production, following all standards and procedures established by the Director, as well as corporate guidelines, and is also responsible for running test packages in specific environments for some customers.

    Key Missions

  • Demonstrates specialized technical knowledge to support Card Personalization Systems - CPS and other solutions.
  • Supports recurring test card tasks.
  • Adequately supports production profile deployments.
  • Ensures the maintenance of the cryptographic key process.
  • Profile & Other Information

  • Required Studies: Technician, technologist or Engineering student in last semesters in Computer Science, Electronics, Systems or related areas.
  • Experience required: Computer Systems Support: 2 years. Database Support or Helpdesk for plant and/or end user applications: 2 years.
  • English Level: A1/A2.
