Responsibilities:

The F&I Assistant role involves supporting the finance department team by handling customer service and administrative tasks within our automotive dealerships.

The primary objective of this position is to streamline processes and accelerate the sales and finance procedures.

This position will contribute to positive customer experiences and company cash flow by expediting accurate paperwork for signing and funding through lenders.

The F&I Assistant will help maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders, they process car deals, e-print, e-sign, package and scan paperwork.

We will provide all the necessary training and tools to effectively perform your job.


Requirements:

• Advanced fluency in English is required as our clients only speak English.
• Valid Colombian ID.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the company
• Positive attitude
• Interest in Finance.

Pay:
From $2,500,000 per month

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
