- 1+ years Experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Knowledge on different trucking platforms (McLeod) or being able to learn fast
- Motivated to help your accounts achieve growth and ongoing success
- Providing total personal touch to drivers taking care of all requests
- Booking loads for assigned truck drivers, based on their desired travel
- Upload POD in to the system, work with back office team
- Tracking loads and keeping drivers informed of any changes to delivery schedules
- Calling vendors and warehouses to set up appointments for delivery
- Communicating quickly and effectively with drivers, every 30 mins while finding loads
- Paying close attention to detail at all times
- Handling stressful situations and thinking on your feet for solutions
- Utilizing load board knowledge for easy booking.
