We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Data Analytics Manager to lead and manage a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies, roadmaps, and plans to support clients' business objectives.

You will also be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques, and communicating and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making.

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists to deliver datadriven insights and solutions for clients.
• Develop and implement analytics strategies, roadmaps, and plans to support clients' business objectives.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques.
• Communicate and present findings to stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders, to inform decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with all client departments and teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytics and insights.
• Manage and maintain data quality and integrity across systems and platforms.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and new technologies to ensure that the analytics team is using the best tools and techniques.
• Manage and monitor the performance of the analytics team and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with IT department to ensure that analytics systems are properly configured, maintained, and secured.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics or business administration.
• Minimum of several years of experience managing teams of data analysts, engineers, and/or scientists.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and modeling techniques, statistical methods, and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to extract insights from large and complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience working with crossfunctional teams and collaborating with other departments to drive business results.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing, mentoring and developing team members.
• Experience in business domain such as marketing, finance, operations, supply chain, and so on is a plus.
