The main purpose of our team is to assure the highest possible route quality for our clients worldwide through route ownership, while increasing company's profitability.

Directly, assure a lower number of complaints from our clients (especially top ones) and less actions for all other internal teams connected with route setup.

This is daily Routing Engineer job.

It's our responsibility to analyze and monitor quality markers (DR, CR, delays...) on the level of providers, networks, routes, clients.

We handle spam complaints from suppliers, whitelisting / blacklisting on requests from account managers and notifying relevant parties.


Our team is also responsible for analyzing the usage of Infobip features related to routing, with the assistance of our Dev teams, so their usage and efficiency would be further expanded.


Other important responsibilities for this role are:
Troubleshooting and internal procedures knowledge

  • Uses multiple internal tools at his/hers disposal for troubleshooting of complicated types of issues with no or basic assistance from senior members
  • Follows existing procedures and team processes to ensure platform quality and stability.
  • Maintaining work quality through consistent personal diligence in change management, actively following novelties and changes in procedures and workprocesses arising from regional and/or general strategy (ensuring that no errors due to not following new procedures occur).
  • Is able to handle all Spam related tasks, alone or in cooperation with senior members of Routing team.
  • Able to join any meeting with the client/provider over call or in person, be actively involved in it, and able to suggest and present solutions to the client/provider.
  • Reporting towards Manager
Route and setup

  • Change and maintain route strategy, alone or in cooperation with Routing Seniors and Business Analytics, to ensure profitability, but focusing on quality.
  • Periodical, ad hoc and ondemand analysis of route setups and technical features with the goal of supporting or providing their own decisionmaking, or for giving insights supporting other Departments/Teams independently or as support to more senior Routing members, depending on analysis complexity.
  • Support Business analytics teams with technical knowledge and insights through daily interactions influencing their business decisionmaking.
  • Analyzing the results of Aggregators Scans and providing insights driving profitability improvements and data for the regional market BI.
Feature setup

  • Alone or with the assistance of senior members, able to edit, insert and delete various records concerning different routing features.
  • Analysis of the usage and/or profitability of existing technical features and deciding about their usability in the Region. Providing insights and suggestions, as well as supporting decisionmaking about feature improvements
  • Understand basic platform features, the differences between them, and how to combine them to maintain or raise quality.

Note:
You should have availability to work twice per month in weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
