Your role at Clorox:
Responsible of Maintenance and Engineering areas using World Class Operations processes and principles.

The Technical Services Manager has stewardship for technical documentation management, fixed asset management, facility & property infrastructure, site security, fire protection, risk management, governing permits, and longer-term master site planning.


In this role, you will:


Through leadership and influence will lead technical teams and other cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing, maintenance & HSE problems enabling different process improvements.

Will be responsible for the training, development, and mentoring of direct and indirect reports.

Key Responsibilities- Plant Technical Support, Maintenance Services & Personnel Development- Capital Project Management- Facility & Grounds, Risk Management- Technical Feasibility Assessments / Guidance


What we look for:

  • 5+ of general experience in industrial plants with a focus on engineering, maintenance and HSE areas. Leadership, ability to delegate, influence. High level of analysis and autonomy. Teamwork is essential. People management experience Engineering Degree or equivalent working experience
