Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and communicative Psychologist/Psychotherapist to join our on-site team in Medellin/Colombia, providing mental health and wellbeing support to employees. Candidates should reside in Colombia or hold a valid work permit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual sessions, tailored to client needs using various therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate group sessions on stress management, resilience, mindfulness, and team cohesion.
• Design and deliver training to promote employee knowledge and self-management.
• Handle emergency situations with confidentiality.
• Engage proactively with employees to foster trust and support.

Additional Tasks:

• Collaborate with the Wellbeing lead on strategic initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, training, and reporting duties.
• Contribute to developing innovative activities to improve employee wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in mental health, social work, psychology, or related field.
• At least three years of clinical experience, including group sessions.
• Membership or practitioner status with a regulatory body in Medellin/Colombia.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and flexible shifts.
