Responsibilities:


  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Address the customer's inquiries regarding tech support

Qualifications:


  • C1 in English.
  • Full time availability.
  • Prior experience in tech support, or related call center experience, preferred.
  • Professional in engineering or related
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.

About the job:


  • 100% onsite vacancy Cll 93 #195 Indefinite term contract
  • Schedule (Monday to Saturday) 42h
  • 2 weeks of training
  • Basic salary commission 200 COP + hiring bonuses COP 1st, 2nd and 3rd months of production) + tenure bonuses (from first 6 months to first 3 years) + Health insurance (After trial period) + Laika membership (After trial period) + Netflix/ Spotify (Upon availability)

Salary:
$2,800,000 per month
