Finance Specialist - (BPO) (Bogota) (B2/C1)

Job Summary:


This position will work on managing daily accounting functions, financial closings, balance reconciliations, preparation and consolidation of financial statements, budgeting, and other company projects.


Responsibilities:

Accrual and review of sales invoices, supplier invoices, and customer invoices:


  • Accrual of refunds, petty cash, payroll, with their respective accounting vouchers:

Preparation of accounting records documents:

Tax preparation:

Follow-up on electronic billing:

Petty cash management:

-
Seeking new ways to improve the effectiveness of general accounting operations:


  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of financial statements:
-
Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly closing schedule:


  • Responsible for account reconciliations, including cash, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets:

Maintaining constant and effective communication with external auditors and banks:


  • Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget

Management and analysis of general accounting according to legal regulations and IFRS:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting:


  • At least three (3) years of experience in the position (preferably in the BPO sector):

High level of verbal and written communication:


  • Organized and easily adaptable:

Experience in a firm desirable:


  • Intermediate level of English:
