Recruitment Quality Analyst


Location:
Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


Remuneration:
COP + Transport allowance in COP


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze JDs and recruiter expectations carefully.
  • Critically evaluate conducted interviews.
  • Maintain high internal client satisfaction through excellent service.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Successful recruitment history with low early turnover.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel for audit tracking.
  • Ideally, experience in quality measurement processes.
  • Ability to provide clear and objective assessments based on rigorous analysis.

Essential Requirements:


  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition and solid recruitment knowledge.
  • Full conversational B2 English.
  • Previous experience in process quality, feedback, and ability to make value judgements based on information and observations.
  • Intermediate level of Excel.
  • Previous experience as QA is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Pay:
$2,500,000 - $3,000,000 per month
