We are seeking a Sales Development Rep (SDR) who will play a pivotal role in establishing our client's go-to-market strategy and fostering enduring partnerships with valued customers.

In this role you will be using a defined sales process to identify prospects and their needs and selling a conversational AI solution to self-storage facility owners and managers.

We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking individual who loves a challenge.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities for the good of the customer by working closely with our sales, marketing, product and support leaders to enhance the customer purchasing experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Create a lead pipeline through market research and list building
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial research and qualification to demos booked
  • Document details of identified opportunities to ensure accurate and timely follow up on opportunities, leads, and prospects
  • Work collaboratively with sales and customer success to drive more qualified leads into the sales pipeline
  • Generate incremental opportunities adequate to maintain a sales pipeline to support quota attainment via outbound prospecting efforts
  • Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities
  • Accurately forecast attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Constantly strive for selfimprovement and possess the curiosity to stay ahead of industry and market trends by utilizing various research organizations, sales playbooks, and online collateral

Requirements:


  • Experience selling to all levels of management
  • Experience with Google Apps, sales automation tools, and HubSpot CRM
  • Knowledge of how technology works from a conceptual standpoint and can effectively and succinctly communicate this to an inexperienced audience
  • Ability to sell complicated products by making clear, actionable and relevant pitches to your target audience
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Roll with the punches and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to build relationships and command credibility with internal and external stakeholders
  • Selfmotivated, superior communications skills, incredible writing skills and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation

Extra Points:


  • Prior experience in a BDR or similar role.
  • An understanding of what is required of an early state business employee to make a startup successful
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Self-Storage or Commercial Real Estate industry knowledge and experience
