Kanini is looking for a QA LeadEngineer who has a deep experience in Leading Regression/Integration Testing,Automation Teams, and Web and Cloud Applications Testing efforts while alsoable to be hands on for critical testing projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 -10 years of QA Automation experience with 4-5+ yearsof Leadership experience

Strong experience testing APIs and databases.

Experience with creating UAT scripts to end users of businessentities.

Demonstrate working understanding of the Scrum/Agile/SAFeMethodologies and defect management process.

Experience in daily test reporting/monitoring and identifyingrisks.

Fluent with Bug and Defect lifecyles.

Demonstrate working understanding of Database testing skills likewriting simple queries to validate the data.

Ability to Mentor QA Teams and assigning work.

Should have a strong balance of technical and a proven history ofgood work across large scale applications.

Strong communication skills regarding technical topics and remotecollaboration skills are critical to this role

Eager to leverage experience and learn new ways of delivering QAperformance.
