Role mission

As a Project Manager at eduNEXT, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects efficiently, driving quality, continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services in line with agreed client priorities.

Your role will contribute to the growth and success of eduNEXT.

Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver projects according to agreed priorities with the client.
Remove obstacles from projects with the support of the team and stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate projects with the team, maintaining ongoing communication with the client.
Ensure projects are executed within the agreed scope, time, and budget.
Motivate the team to achieve high-quality and timely deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvement through proposals for metrics, indicators, and best practices.
Report improvement opportunities in products and tools.
Manage projects and teams using Scrum and/or PMI practices.
Document internal processes to improve efficiency and provide useful information to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management or similar roles.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Knowledge and monitoring of budgeting
Professional and Businesslevel English (B2+).
